Photo/Video Release Policy

Last updated: January 1, 2025

Purpose

The Beyond Breakfast Foundation may photograph or record video of participants during program activities, events, and sessions. These materials may be used for promotional materials, social media, website content, fundraising campaigns, annual reports and impact documentation, and press and media coverage.

Consent Process

Photo/video release consent is requested as part of the application and enrollment process. For minors, this consent must be provided by a parent or legal guardian. Consent is optional — declining will not affect a participant’s eligibility or standing in the program.

Protections

We take the following precautions with all visual media: no images will be paired with identifying personal information (full names, addresses, schools) without explicit additional consent. Images are reviewed before publication to ensure they are appropriate and respectful. We do not sell images or share them with third parties for commercial purposes. Participants are never photographed in vulnerable or unflattering situations.

Revoking Consent

Photo/video release consent may be revoked at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon revocation, we will make reasonable efforts to remove existing images from our active materials, though we cannot guarantee removal from all previously distributed materials.
