What Mentors Do

What Mentors Don't Do
- ✗Act as a therapist or counselor
- ✗Exchange personal contact info outside the program
- ✗Meet with mentees outside of scheduled sessions unsupervised
- ✗Provide financial support directly to mentees
- ✗Share confidential information about mentees
