Safety, Consent & Communication

Background Checks: All mentors and youth-facing volunteers undergo thorough background checks before interacting with students.

Consent Required: Parent/guardian consent is required for all minors before program participation begins.

Private Journaling: Private student journaling content is not publicly displayed or automatically shared without appropriate consent and policy controls.

Communication: Program updates are delivered via your preferred method (email, text, or phone). Staff messages are always professional and documented.

Meals: Meals are provided only during approved in-person Beyond Breakfast Foundation sessions, workshops, service days, and scheduled mentorship gatherings. In-person student meals are part of the mentorship environment, not a standalone food service.
