Program Disclaimers
Not a Clinical Therapy Provider: The Beyond Breakfast Foundation is a mentorship and youth development organization — not a licensed therapy, counseling, or clinical care provider. Journaling, discussions, and mentorship sessions are educational and developmental in nature. If a participant requires clinical or therapeutic support, we will provide referrals to qualified professionals.
Meal Provision: Meals are provided only for in-person students during approved in-person Beyond Breakfast Foundation sessions, workshops, service days, and scheduled mentorship gatherings. Meal availability may vary by event, location, staffing, sponsorship, and program capacity. In-person student meals are part of the mentorship environment, not a standalone food service.
Parent/Guardian Consent: Parent or legal guardian consent is required for all participants under the age of 18. No minor may participate in any Beyond Breakfast Foundation programming without documented consent from a parent or legal guardian.
Participation Subject to Review: Participation in all Beyond Breakfast Foundation programs is subject to application review, program capacity, safety considerations, and adherence to the program code of conduct. The Foundation reserves the right to accept, deny, or revoke participation at its discretion.
Journaling Privacy: Private journal content created during program sessions is not publicly displayed, shared, or published without the explicit written consent of the participant (and parent/guardian for minors). Journaling is a private, developmental exercise within the mentorship program.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
