A mentor and mentee reviewing goals and progress together

Accountability

We don't just set goals — we follow through on them.

Accountability is the bridge between intention and action. Through milestone tracking, accountability partnerships, mentor oversight, and regular celebrations of progress, mentees learn that their commitments matter.

What This Looks Like

Accountability is not about catching people when they fail. It's about building a culture where showing up, following through, and staying honest are valued and celebrated. In our program, every mentee sets 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month goals during intake. These goals are reviewed monthly with their mentor and quarterly with the broader team. Progress is tracked, celebrated, and when needed, recalibrated. We also pair mentees with accountability partners — fellow participants who check in on each other's goals, attendance, and growth. This peer layer reinforces the message: you're not doing this alone, and people are counting on you.
Accountability is not a punishment. It's proof that someone believes in you enough to expect your best.

Weekly Appearance
