Mentorship
Every young person deserves someone in their corner.
At the heart of our program is the mentor-mentee relationship — a consistent, caring adult who shows up every week with guidance, accountability, and belief in each young person's potential.
What This Looks Like
“A mentor is not someone who walks ahead and tells you what to do. A mentor walks beside you and believes in where you're going.”
Weekly Appearance
Mentors attend every weekly session alongside their mentee. During group activities, mentors observe and guide. During journaling, they provide quiet support. The monthly one-on-one check-in is the cornerstone of the mentor relationship.
